// Support
One inbox. One human. Actual replies.
Support for every Infamous Endeavors product flows through a single email address. That's intentional. It keeps bugs visible to the person who can fix them and keeps replies from disappearing into a ticket queue that nobody reads.
Expected reply: within a few business days. It's one person, and they answer every one.
What to include
The more you put in the first message, the faster we can help. If any of the following don't apply, skip them.
- Product name (for example: "JobSite", "Lunch Money MCP").
- Version if you know it. On iOS, it's in the Settings screen inside the app.
- Device and OS version ("iPhone 15 Pro on iOS 18.3").
- What you did. The sequence of taps or commands that led up to the problem.
- What you expected.
- What actually happened. A screenshot or a copy-pasted error message beats a description.
If the app crashed, iOS collects a crash report and offers to share it with the developer. Saying yes helps us a lot.
What we can help with
- Bugs and crashes in any Infamous Endeavors product.
- Subscription or restore-purchase issues.
- Feature requests. We read every one, and the ones that fit the product tend to ship.
- Privacy questions and data requests.
- Press, licensing, and brand-asset questions.
What we can't help with (but can point you to)
- App Store refunds are handled by Apple. reportaproblem.apple.com is the right place.
- App Store review or policy decisions. Those are between you, Apple, and the reviewer.
- Professional advice in the domain an app helps you calculate. See the Terms for the "calculators are not licensed professionals" note.
Known issues
Nothing known and unresolved right now. When something is known and actively being worked on, it shows up here with a link to the fix and an ETA. The goal is to make "is this me or the app?" answerable without sending an email.
Philosophy
Support replies are fast, direct, and specific. If we broke something, we say so. If there's a workaround while a fix ships, we include it in the first reply. If something's working as intended but feels wrong, we explain why, and we take the feedback seriously. Nobody at Infamous Endeavors is paid to defend bad defaults.
