What we collect. What we don't. What we promise.

These aren't suggestions. They're the rules Infamous Endeavors products run by, and they're written in plain English so you don't have to decode anything.

What we collect

Our apps collect anonymous, aggregate product analytics so we know which screens are used, which ones nobody touches, and when things crash. That's it.

• No names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses unless you type them into the app for your own use.
• No location beyond the country-level bucket that ships with App Store purchases.
• No device fingerprinting. No advertising IDs. No IDFA tracking.
• No cross-app tracking. The analytics from one app never links to another.

What we don't do

These are promises, not aspirations. If any of them change, the change shows up here first.

• We don't run ad networks in our apps. Not now, not later.
• We don't sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
• We don't embed social or marketing SDKs that phone home.
• We don't use dark patterns to trick you into a subscription or a permission.
• We don't pretend an opt-in is default when it isn't.

Where data lives

Infamous Endeavors products are local-first. Your notes, calculations, lists, and settings live on your device by default. If a product offers sync, it syncs through your iCloud account, which means Apple holds the keys, not us. iCloud sync is a paid feature on products that offer it.

Subscriptions run through Apple via RevenueCat. Apple handles the payment details. We never see your card number, and RevenueCat only knows an anonymous customer id, not who you are.

Analytics, plainly

The website you're reading this on uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-first analytics service that doesn't track users across sites and doesn't require a consent banner. We see page-view totals and anonymized performance metrics, not individuals.

Inside the apps, analytics are event-level (for example: "opened settings", "exported a report") with no identifiers attached. Aggregate numbers, not a profile of you.

Third-party services we use (and why)

• Apple App Store + StoreKit: distribution and payments.
• RevenueCat: receipt validation and entitlements. See their privacy policy.
• iCloud (optional, paid tier): sync of your own content between your own devices.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics: cookieless website analytics.
• Cloudflare: hosts this website.

If we add anything to that list, it lands here before it ships in production.

Your rights, without the legalese

If you're in a jurisdiction with data-protection rights (GDPR, CCPA, and the rest), the short version is: ask us what we have on you, and we'll tell you. In most cases, the honest answer is "nothing we can tie to you personally", because we don't collect identifying information in the first place.

• Access: email support and ask. We reply.
• Deletion: if we somehow do hold identifiable data, we'll delete it on request.
• Complaints: you can escalate to your local data-protection authority. We'd rather you tell us first so we can fix it.

Children

Infamous Endeavors products are not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of our products, email support and we'll remove it.

When this changes

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of the page moves, and the change itself is described in the next release note. No silent rewrites.
